Refund Policy

Once the final images have been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Delivery of the final product signifies the satisfactory completion of the service.

In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the booking/reservation fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your date and time, and therefore will not be refunded in cases of no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling outside the agreed time frame.

By booking an appointment, the client explicitly agrees to these terms.
